Hook, Line & Sinker In-Flight Catering is a small, privately run business servicing private aircraft passing through St.Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.
Owners Ted and Becky Luscz handle each order personally and with great care. To best serve their clients, they require 24 hours notice on most orders. In addition to this menu, any special order will be accommodated.
Please keep in mind that St. Thomas is a small island and availability of some speciality items may be limited.
Payment and arrangements may be made through the F.B.O. handling your aircraft.
